Mystical Massage approaches the body as more than muscles, joints and tissue. The body holds tension, patterns, energy and an innate wisdom that can guide us toward greater balance and alignment.
While deeply relaxing, my massage work is therapeutic and intentional. I focus on releasing muscular tension, addressing pain patterns, restoring movement and flow, and helping you reconnect with your body on a deeper level.
Each session is intuitively tailored to what your body is communicating and may incorporate Cupping, Hot Stones, Meridian Tapping, Acupressure, Emotional Integrity, Somatic Reboot, Breath-Work, Reflexology and Energetic Balancing.
The intention is not simply to help your body feel better, but to create a space where body, energy, heart and spirit can come back into greater alignment.
